The Terms and Conditions for the Team of Roadside Service explain how we offer our towing and roadside assistance services. Here, you can explore what both our company and clients agree to when scheduling our service. By booking or using our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.

Definitions

  • Company: Here, ‘company’ refers to the company, “Team of Roadside Service,” and its authorized staff or partners.
  • Customer: Here, ‘customer’ refers to the individual who requests, books, or receives towing or roadside assistance services.

Service Acceptance

  • When a customer books or confirms our service with the Team of Roadside Service, it means they have carefully read our Terms and Conditions and have agreed to them. When the customer places their service request with us, it is understood that the individual has thoroughly gone through our Terms and Conditions. By confirming our service, they are acknowledging it even if no physical signature has been provided.

Service and Payment Terms

We know that plans are changeable. This is why we offer a convenient and simple cancellation and refund policy so as not to lose our customers and drivers.
  • The customer agrees that the Team of Roadside Service will tow or assist their vehicle to the location given at the time of booking. If no drop-off location is provided, our team will move the vehicle to a safe and suitable storage site until further instructions are received.
  • The customer agrees to pay standard service charges based on mileage, vehicle type, and location.
  • Storage fees may apply for vehicles kept at our facility. Daily rates can be provided upon request.

Payment Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
  • Payment must be processed in complete case, debit, or credit card method upon receiving the invoice from the company’s ‘Team of Roadside Service’.
  • In case the payment is delayed, an interest charge will be applied on the fee for the service provided as per the U.S. lending limits.
  • Customers cannot delay or withhold payment because of any claim or dispute related to the service.

Customer Responsibility

Before you book our service, remember to have the following:
  • The customer proves that he/she is the vehicle owner or has the full authority to authorize towing or roadside assistance.
  • The customer also agrees to indemnify (protect) the Team of Roadside Service against any claim or dispute made by another party with regard to the service offered.

Company’s Right to Hold the Vehicle (Lien Policy)

  • To secure non-refundable fees, the Team of Roadside Service has a lien (legal right to hold possession) on any vehicle towed or stored.
  • In case the customer fails to recover his vehicle or makes payment after 90 days, the company may:
  1. Sell the car in accordance with the standard U.S. towing rules and regulations.
  2. Pay off any outstanding fees, towing, or storage.
  3. The customer shall be refunded any balance remaining on request within 30 days of the sale.
  4. It is also not the loss or damage due to this process that the firm has to bear.

Company Liability

Every towing and roadside assistance service is carried out with respect and professionalism, though cars are towed on behalf of the customer.
Team of Roadside Service does not deal with:
  • Theft, loss, or damage of any vehicle or to contents of the vehicle.
  • Delays, delivery to a wrong address, or any other circumstances as a result of unforeseen circumstances that arise, including weather, road blockage, or carelessness of third parties.
  • Every direct or indirect loss (including financial loss or injury) that comes along with the service.
This is regardless of whether the problem was a result of an accident, negligence, or any other cause.
